ATM theft

IT WAS SUPPER TIME ON WEDNESDAY, MARCH 22ND.  A MAN WAS AT THE R-B-C BANK AT 3425 QUANCE STREET, MAKING A WITHDRAWAL FROM THE A-T-M.

BUT ONCE THE TRANSACTION WAS COMPLETE, HE FORGOT TO REMOVE HIS BANK CARD FROM THE MACHINE.  A SHORT TIME LATER A SECOND MAN APPROACHED THE A-T-M, SAW THAT THE CARD AND ACCOUNT HAD BEEN LEFT OPEN.

HE THEN PROCEEDED TO WITHDRAW ONE THOUSAND DOLLARS FROM THE OTHER MAN’S ACCOUNT.

THE INDIVIDUAL WHO TOOK THE MONEY IS DESCRIBED AS CAUCASIAN, IN HIS TWENTIES, AROUND FIVE FEET SIX INCHES TALL, WITH SHORT BROWN HAIR. HE WAS WEARING A BLACK HOODIE WITH WHITE WRITING ON IT, BLUE JEANS, AND GREY RUNNERS.
