Attempted Robbery

DECADES AGO THIS KIND OF CRIME WAS CARRIED OUT BY THE LIKES OF BONNIE AND CLYDE AND JESSE JAMES. THESE DAYS IT’S A LESS GLAMOROUS OCCUPATION. JUST AFTER 9 A.M. ON JULY 8TH A MAN WALKS INTO A FINANCIAL INSTITUTION ON THE 2400 BLOCK OF 7TH AVENUE NORTH.

THERE ARE NO SIX SHOOTERS OR TOMMY GUNS. JUST A NOTE TO AN EMPLOYEE DEMANDING MONEY. A REQUEST THAT IS TURNED DOWN FORCING THIS BANDIT TO FLEE EMPTY HANDED.

THE SUSPECT IS A MAN IN HIS 50’S AROUND 6 FEET TALL WITH A MEDIUM BUILD. HE WAS WEARING A GREEN BALL CAP, GREEN JACKET AND KHAKI PANTS AND APPEARED TO HAVE EITHER A PIECE OF TAPE OR BAND-AID ON HIS NOSE. HIS HAND WAS ALSO BANDAGED
