Gang Related Graffiti

THE INCIDENT HAPPENED ON THE EVENING OF AUGUST 8TH, 2018, JUST BEFORE NINE O’CLOCK IN AN ALLEYWAY ON THE 15-HUNDRED BLOCK OF NINTH AVENUE. THE SUSPECTS ARRIVED IN WHAT IS BELIEVED TO BE A STOLEN TRUCK. A PASSENGER GOT OUT AND BEGAN TO SPRAY PAINT A SYMBOL ON A GARAGE DOOR. A NEARBY WITNESS CONFRONTED THE SUSPECT BY YELLING AT THEM. THE SUSPECT FLED BACK INTO THE VEHICLE WHEN A BANG BELIEVED BY THE WITNESS TO BE A GUNSHOT WAS HEARD. THE TRUCK THEN DROVE OFF.

 

THE VEHICLE IS DESCRIBED AS A 2005, DARK BLUE FORD F-350, WITH A GREY COLOUR ON THE BOTTOM. THE TRUCK HAD A TONNEAU COVER ON THE BOX. THE SYMBOL SPRAY PAINTED ON THE GARAGE WAS A BLUE ‘W” BELIEVED TO BE A SASKATCHEWAN WARRIORS GANG SIGN. THERE ARE NO DESCRIPTIONS FOR THE SUSPECTS.
