IT’S A MESSY CRIME AND PLENTY OF PEOPLE ARE DOING IT.  IT’S SOMETIME AROUND MIDNIGHT ON JULY 5TH.  TWO MEN ROLL UP ON THE SASKTEL BUILDING ON THE 1800 BLOCK OF LORNE STREET.  ONE ON A MOUNTAIN BIKE, THE OTHER ON A SKATEBOARD.  COMMUNICATION IS THE PLAN, BUT THIS IS FAR MORE ARCHAIC THAN A 4G NETWORK CONNECTION.  INSTEAD EACH TAKES A TURN TAGGING THE BUILDING WHILE THE OTHER ACTS AS THE LOOKOUT.  THEY ARE  HARD TO DECIPHER, BUT ONE APPEARS TO SAY CRUZE.  THEY ARE TAGS YOU MAY HAVE SEEN ON OTHER STRUCTURES AROUND THE CITY.

THE FIRST SUSPECT IS A MAN BETWEEN 18 AND 25 YEARS OLD.  HE’S THIN WITH LONG DARK HAIR.  HE WAS WEARING A DARK BALL CAP, DARK PANTS, A WHITE T-SHIRT, AND WHITE RUNNING SHOES.  HE WAS THE ONE ON THE SKATEBOARD.

THE SECOND SUSPECT IS ALSO A MAN BETWEEN 18 AND 25 YEARS OLD.  HE IS HEAVIER SET, BALD, WITH A PUDGIE FACE.  HE WAS WEARING A WHITE HOODIE, DARK PANTS, DARK SHOES, AND A DARK BACKPACK.  HE WAS THE ONE ON THE MOUNTAIN BIKE.
