Money Theft

THE INCIDENT HAPPENED ON MAY 11TH, 2018 AROUND ONE THIRTY IN THE AFTERNOON AT A BANK ON THE TWO THOUSAND BLOCK OF PRINCE OF WALES DRIVE. A MALE SUSPECT USING AN ONTARIO DRIVERS LICENCE REQUESTED TO MAKE A TRANSFER OF A LARGE SUM OF MONEY FROM HIS ACCOUNT TO ANOTHER ACCOUNT, CLAIMING IT WAS TO BE USED FOR HOUSE CONSTRUCTION. HE WITHDREW AN UNDISCLOSED AMOUNT OF CASH, AND THEN LEFT THE BANK. THE SUSPECT GOT AWAY WITH ONLY SOME OF THE CASH IN THE ACCOUNT AS THE REST OF THE TRANSACTION DID NOT GO THROUGH.

 

THE MALE SUSPECT IS DESCRIBED AS A CAUCASIAN IN HIS 60’S OR 70’S, BALDING WITH SHORT WHITE STUBBLE ON THE CROWN OF HIS HEAD, HE WAS WEARING SUNGLASSES ON THE TOP OF HIS HEAD, AND USED READING GLASSES WHILE IN THE BANK. HE WAS WEARING BAGGY BLUE JEANS, BLACK SHOES, A GREY BLUE CHECKERED BUTTON UP SHIRT, AND A GREEN BOMBER JACKET WITH ORANGE COLOURED LINING.
