Robbery

A PLANNED CAPER OR A CRIME OF OPPORTUNITY?  IT’S EARLY IN THE MORNING ON OCTOBER 21ST.  JUST BEFORE 2 A.M. WHEN A SMALL GROUP ENTERS ROGER’S TAVERN AND OFFSALE ON THE 2400 BLOCK OF DEWDNEY AVENUE.  THEIR INTEREST APPEARS TO BE IN THE VLT’S THOUGH IT DOESN’T TAKE LONG FOR THE GAMES TO THIN THE FIELD UNTIL ONE MAN REMAINS.

AT THIS POINT THE BARTENDER LEAVES THE ROOM AND THE STAGE IS SET.  THE REMAINING PATRON HEADS FOR THE UNATTENDED CASH REGISTER – GRABBING 1400 BUCKS BEFORE HEADING OUT THE FRONT DOOR WHERE A LIGHT COLOURED F150 IS WAITING TO ASSIST IN HIS GETAWAY.

THE SUSPECT IS A MAN IN HIS 20’S WITH A MEDIUM BUILD, AROUND 5 FEET 8 INCHES TALL.  HE HAD SHORT DARK HAIR, AND WAS WEARING A NAVY BLUE ADIDAS HOODIE, BLUE JEANS WITH A WHITE BELT, DARK RUNNERS, AND A DARK ADIDAS BALL CAP.  HE WAS WEARING A SILVER NECKLACE AND HIS LEFT EAR WAS PIERCED.
