Robbery

IT WAS THE EVENING OF MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 25TH, 2017.

IT WAS JUST BEFORE MIDNIGHT, WHEN A MAN AND WOMAN, PUSHING A BICYCLE AND BIKE TRAILER,ENTERED A PARKING GARAGE AT 2131 BROAD STREET IN THE CITY’S DOWNTOWN.

A FEW MINUTES LATER, THE PAIR LEAVE, PUSHING A MOTORCYCLE THAT DOES NOT BELONG TO THEM.  THERE ALSO APPEARS TO BE A NUMBER OF MISCELLANEOUS STOLEN ITEMS LOADED INTO THE TRAILER OF THEIR BICYCLE.

THE WOMAN APPEARS TO HAVE LONG DARK HAIR.   SHE IS WEARING A CAP WITH A DIAMOND SHAPE ON THE FRONT, A KNIT SWEATER WITH A DEER ON IT, PANTS WITH WHAT APPEARS TO BE A SKELETON DESIGN, AND KNEE HIGH BOOTS.

THE MAN APPEARS TO BE HEAVIER SET.   HE IS WEARING GLASSES, JEANS, AND A BLUE HOODIE UNDER A LEATHER JACKET.
