Robbery

THE INCIDENT HAPPENED JUST AFTER 11PM ON AUGUST 15TH, 2018 AT THE TRAVELLODGE HOTEL ON SOUTH ALBERT. TWO MALE SUSPECTS ENTERED THE OFF SALE STORE, ONE WITH A GUN, THE OTHER WITH A KNIFE. ONE SUSPECT DEMANDED MONEY FROM THE CASHIER, WHILE THE SECOND SUSPECT GRABS LIQOUR BOTTLES.

 

SUSPECT ONE WAS WEARING BLACK PANTS, BLACK SNEAKERS, A BLACK OR DARK BLUE HOODIE, A BLACK CAP WITH BLACK BANDANA COVERING THE LOWER PART OF HIS FACE. HE ALSO WORE GLOVES AND CARRIED A KNIFE. SUSPECT TWO WAS WEARING A BLACK HOODIE, LONG BLACK SHORTS, BLACK SNEAKERS, A DARK COLOURED BALL CAP, A BLACK BANDANA COVERING THE LOWER PART OF HIS FACE, AND A GLOVE ON HIS RIGHT HAND.  HE WAS CARRYING WHAT APPEARS TO BE A PUMP ACTION SHOTGUN. THE SUSPECTS WERE BELIEVED TO BE DRIVING A STOLEN WHITE FORD F350. IT HAD A LARGE LIGHT BAR ABOVE THE WINDSHIELD WHICH IS BELIEVED TO HAVE BEEN ILLUMINATED WHILE DRIVING AROUND AT THE TIME OF THE ROBBERY. THE TRUCK HAS BEEN RECOVERED BY POLICE.
