THIS SUSPECT IS A WHITE MAN IN HIS 20’S OR 30’S. HE HAS A MEDIUM BUILD AND WAS WEARING A BROWN OR REDDISH PLAID JACKET, A BLACK HOODIE UNDERNEATH, DARK PANTS, DARK SHOES, AND A BLUE BALLCAP.
