IT’S THURSDAY MORNING. ABOUT A QUARTER TO 11 ON JANUARY 12TH. 2 MEN ROLL INTO SIMONS JEWELRY IN THE NORTHGATE MALL. THEY ENGAGE WITH A SALESPERSON, SHOWING INTEREST IN VARIOUS CHAINS AND PENDANTS. IT’S PART OF A SMOKESHOW. THE MEN HAVE NO INTENTION OF MAKING A PURCHASE. INSTEAD THEY LEAVE JUST NOT EMPTY HANDED.

AT THE END OF THE DAY THE STAFF REALIZE TWO OF THE CHAINS A 10 KARAT YELLOW GOLD CONCAVE CURB CHAIN VALUED AT 2400 DOLLARS, AND A 10 KARAT YELLOW GOLD CURB CHAIN VALUED AT 1500 DOLLARS – ARE BOTH MISSING.

THE FIRST SUSPECT IS A MAN IN HIS 30’S AROUND 6 FEET TALL WITH A MEDIUM BUILD. HE HAD SHORT DARK HAIR WITH A RECEDING HAIRLINE, AND A GOATEE. HE WAS WEARING A ¾ LENGTH TAN HOODED DRESS COAT AND A SILVER OR GREY SCARF, DARK DRESS PANTS, AND RED SHOES.

THE SECOND SUSPECT IS ALSO A MAN IN HIS 30’S AROUND 5 FEET 10 INCHES TALL. HE HAD A DARK BEARD AND MEDIUM BUILD. HE WAS WEARING A PURPLE BEANIE STYLE HAT WITH TWO WHITE STRIPES, A ¾ LENGTH BLACK DRESS COAT, A RED PLAID SCARF, DARK DRESS PANTS, AND WHITE DRESS SHOES.
