The sun is setting on October 17, it’s 7:30 in the evening, and a man is clearly feeling lucky. He enters Casino Regina, but not to try his hand at a game of chance. He’s a got a sure thing.
Armed with a stolen debit card, he bypasses the slots and table games and hits up the ATM machine to tune of $1,500. Not entirely satisfied with the haul, the perpetrator takes aim at the ATM in the Show Lounge lobby, a showdown that proves unsuccessful. Stymied, the man leaves heading West down Saskatchewan Drive.
The suspect is a man with short, light colored hair. He was wearing a kerchief or scarf around his neck, a white hoodie under a black jacket, black sweat pants and white runners.
